Fax Console

I have a Lucent Win Modem which is on the list, however I
could not match the Hardward ID value exactly to anything
on the list. Mine is:

PCI\VEN_11C1&DEV_0442&SUBSYS_9300141B&REV_01

The interesting thing is, it worked when we lived in
Florida and it never has in MT.
