Ever since I updated XP on my new Dell the other day, each time my system
boots up, the System 32 folder window comes up. No errors indicated, no
problems of any kind that I can see. Anyone know what's up with this?

I have the same problem, but I don't believe I was infected. I have
Norton Internet Security running and am up to date with the updates.
I've run a complete system scan and nothing shows up. Is there
something else that could cause this behavior?

Thanks. I had seen the page referenced earlier, but I didn't
understand what to do with it. I do now.

Same here - my system's brand new and I'm running MacAfee.
