1. Every time during shutdown 'end program-dialog box
demo' message appears.
2. Unable to open 'Properties' or 'System' application
when clicking on above icons (nothing happens).

Suggestions:

This edit automatically ends tasks and timeouts that prevent programs from
shutting down and clears the Paging File on Exit.
