What computer and printer do you have? I have similar
problem with my eMachines M5310 laptop and Epson Stylus
CX3200 all-in-one printer with USB connection. In my case,
the limited user account cannot even print the test page
although I could see the print file went to the print
queue momentarily and then disappeared. However, the same
limited user account can print without any problem from my
HP printer connected to the same computer. The HP was
connected to the eMachines using parrellel cable though. I
have reported this problem to Epson but their support
staff don't seem to be knowledgeable and after trading
many emails my problem is still not resolved.
