Opening a .wps document

I recently received a document attached to an email. I
have aol. I downloaded to aol downloads,click to locate
and then click open. The screen goes to a Microsoft Word
screen. The document does not appear. This was sent as
a .wps attachment. How do I open?

Download the works converter from the MS Office download
center and install it in WORD. It is free.

Then open WORD

Use the File/open menu in WORD to select the .wps file.
WORD will open the file and convert it to a format usable on
your computer.

Or email your friend and have them resave the file as .rtf
and send it again.

If you send your friend a file, use the .rtf format, WORKS
can read that.
