I purchased a new PC with Windows XP. The Panasonic
KPX3624 Dot Matrix Printer (that I had with the old
machine) has been installed and appeared to work the
first time I did a test page with Word. Now I cannot get
it to print. The document stays in the queue and after a
long length of time the status goes to print error.
Is there a way to fix the dot matrix printer, or do I
need to buy a new one that works with XP?
If I need to buy a new one, what make/model are XP
compatible.
