Reporting possible bugs to Microsoft - HOW?

Where is the REPORT BUGS icon in the MS support options on
the web pages? Spend all your time looking for one of the
most obvious marketing requirements - user feed back, and
what do you get but a run-a-round.

Open Help and Support on the Start Menu. Select the last option on the left
side of the page, "Send your feedback to Microsoft."
