Can't print emails from Outlook Express.....

My old computer died and I bought a sony vaio notebook
with windows xp. When I go to Outlook express to print
an email, I get an error message saying. Outlook Express
has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience. If you were in the middle
of something, the info you were working on might be
lost. Please tell Microsoft about this problem.

Then, Outlook express closes. Please advise as I cant
reach Microsoft and Sony is no help at all.

On that "has generated errors and will be closed" box should be a details
button. Clicking it should bring up a screen that lists the Appname XXXX
and Modname YYYY. The XXXX and YYYY are important to identify the cause and
solution. You can ignore the rest of the message.
