Pre-installed printer driver

Does Windows XP come with a preinstalled printer driver
for the HP DeskJet 820Cse printer? This is an old
printer and if XP does not support this printer, I may
have to purchase a new one. Thank you in advanced for
your response.

go to www.hp.com/support/home_products type in your deskjet 820cse it will take you to downloads for drivers for all operating systems

XP comes with the latest drivers for this printer built it... but not
preinstalled.

Use the Add Printer Wizard... and it will tell you when to connect the
printer. Ensure that the LPT port in the BIOS is set for EPP.

None there... latest drivers are included in XP.
