Spell check for Outlook Express 6, XP

We are new to XP and are experiencing difficulty with
Outlook Express and spell check. Everytime we attempt to
use this function, we get a function check.

Please help.

Hi Milton,

If you have Word or Works installed:

Go to Start/Run/EXPAND X:\i386\CSAPI3T1.DL_ C:\CSAPI3T1.DLL (Where X is your
CD-Rom drive letter). And then copy it to: Program Files\Common
Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof

Or download the file here: Replace the Csapi3t1.dll file

OE does not have it's own spellcheck. OE uses the spellcheck from a Ms
office application such as Word or Works. If you have access to either Word
or Works, install one of them and you should be ok. If you do not have Ms
Word or Works, a free spell check is available here,
