Visual Basic C++ Errors

I keep getting a Visual Basic C++ error that shuts down
explorer and windows media player. Has anybody else had
that problem and how do you fix it?

A "Visual Basic" or "Visual C++" error - there is no such thing as "Visual
Basic C++".
