Printer Spooler not working

I can't add my printer (Lexmark X73) to my computer. I
get the message "Operation could not be completed." When
I go in my Device Manger it tells me my printer is
working perfectly fine. But when I try yo install the
printer software again it keeps stating "Printer Driver
does not exist, Operation could not be completed." I've
tried everything...

does anyone have any advice... please...

Remove the printer driver using Control Panel Printers and faxes
highlight printer in the list select delete this printer from the left,
top window. Disconnect the printer. DL the printer driver and Uninstall
clean utility from lexmark.com.
Use the utility. Install the driver according to the instructions.
