Print Spooler Service

I'm trying to install a Lexmark Z65 printer, but am
having problems as I keep getting the message "The print
spooler service is not running" also "Error occurred
during the installation. The RPC server is unavailable."
Can anyone tell me what these mean and how I can overcome
them? Many, many thanks.

It's a Lexmark... you need to completely unisntall and reinstall it as per
Bruce Sanderson's article at
