I have a Dekjet 880C printer. It was correctly
functionnig under Windows 98. Since I switched to Wondows
XP, it doesn't work at all when connected through USB. I
cannot even print the test page (Message : Document
failed to print). But connected through a parallel port
it works fine. Did someone has seen this problem already?
Is it a USB driver problem? How can I solve this problem.
The USB driver works fine for all other application.
Thanks for reply

Are the USB ports working with all other hardware?

Check the port used when printing through the USB connector. Make sure it is
not set for the USB port.
Disconnect. Try a different USB cable.
When it was originally connected, was it by USB or parallel cable?
Let us know.
