Cannot print from web

I'm getting the same message.
res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\shdock.dll\preview.dlg
the only thing I have found is if I wait until it's
totally done then hit the print button it will print or
if I go back or refresh it will work. Very frustrating
and it just started.
