Windows XP: How do you get a form definition set up in
Server Properties to show up in the list of Paper Sizes
for a printer? I have some vague recollection of right-
clicking or double-clicking on the field of the driver
dialog, but I'm all clicked out with no results.

From the Control Panel click on Printers & Faces.
From the Toolbar, select File, Server Properties.... and it's in the Forms
tab.

Thanks, but that's not where the problem is. I have
defined a new form on the Server Properties, Forms tab;
but I can't get it to show up in the list of available
paper sizes for any particular printer. It's not just the
newly defined form, I can't find a place to add any of the
defined forms to the list of available paper sizes for any
printer. There are lots of forms defined, but I don't see
how to get them to the printer driver.

I'm having the exact same problem. It works fine on
some systems running XP, but not on others. I have it
working on one system using XP SP1 and XP with no SP, but
not on another system running XP SP1. It wouldn't appear
to be a Service Pack issue. The forms are not available
for choosing from the printing preferences, advanced,
paper size drop down menu. Hope someone knows what is
causing this issue.

My problem seems to be a driver issue. Once I installed
the correct driver for the printer The custom paper size I
created became available. Before with the incorrect
printer driver it would not accept the paper size I
created. Maybe XP thought that the paper size I was
creating would not fit the printer I was using.?. Hope
this helps. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
