web printing

if i try to print from the web i get the following error
message:
line:93
char:1
error:access is denied
code:0
url:res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg
i then get asked if i want to continue running java
scripts on this page.
any idea how i can get round this? at the moment i have
to copy and paste to word to print!!
