WINFAXPRO10 conflicting with WinXP?

I can't get WinXP to work with WinfaxPro10 even tho' all
the diagnostics tests and trouble shooting tell me
everything is working and O.K.

Where to I go from here?

Try to use other software, for example, VentaFax (www.ventafax.com)
and compare results.
