Why, in XP do so many of my files get the path added to them:
"c:\Documents and Settings\etc, etc."
This is different from Win98 and I find it very annoying; adds greatly
to the path.

Windows XP is a true multi-user OS. It assigns different
programs and settings to each user.

Since I am the ONLY user of this machine, is there some way I can avoid
all ths and make it seem like MY DOCS in WIN98?
