Is FrontPage 2002 SP2 compatible with WinXP? We were
rolled out to Windows XP and now the text links on our
group's website are not enabled? We cannot locate a fix
for this and out corporate IT group does not support this
product.

Does anyone know where we can obtain a work around to fix
this problem? Or, do we have to purchase the latest
version of FrontPage 2002? Please advise.

Can you please say more about what you mean "text links on our group's
web site are not enabled"?

Yes, Front Page 2002 will work just fione with Windows XP. I presume
you have installed FP and I presume that you have your web site that you
make on some server somewhere. I further presume that you are
successfully using FP to make changes to your site. But I don't know
what you mean "text links are not enabled."

I guess when you say the "IT group does not support" FrontPage, you mean
that they won't help you. But ... they do run the web server that you
use to publish don't they? Have they said the cause of the problem
(which I'm not sure I understand) is due to FrontPage?

What exactly is the problem?
Can you be more specific? What "text links" don't work?
And just an FYI, If you have FrontPage 2002, then you HAVE the latest
version of FrontPage 2002. You "could" upgrade to the 2003 version when
it's released, but it would not solve your problem. An why won't your IT
group support it?
If it was installed by them, or came with the computer and you need to use
it for your job, there is no reason they should not support it. If they
don't, it sounds like it may be time to replace the IT group.
