View Full Version : Can't Uninstall HP Printer Driver

I was having problems with my HP Officejet K80 Printer so
I called HP and long story short they told me to remove
all of the HP software and reinstall it again. There
were three items to be removed or uninstalled. Only two
out of the three I was able to remove. The third one did
not have a pop up window to uninstall it like the other
two.
I spent three hours with HP to try to get it off the
computer but nothing worked out. I can't even load up
the HP software to reinstall it. It tells me that the
software has already been installed. HP says they can't
do anything else. Dell tells me that they can't do
anything about it and they suggest that I remove
everything from my computer and reload windows again. I
do not want to do this unless it is the last resort.
Can anyone come up with a suggestion on how to remove
this.
Can't remove or Can't Install- What a pain.
Thanks,
Joe
