Internet explorer error closes

I get this message when i try to opening a document that i
really need. This is the Message, can anyone Please tell
me what or how to stop this message. Thanks

If you run plug-ins like Popup stoppers or download managers unload
these programs and retry. If this does not apply or does not help
reinstalling the IE may cure the problem:
