Cautions and Warning Notes in -Windows Xp Pro-(Help & Support Center)

Hi
When i go to any page -of Windows Xp Pro- " Help and Support Center" ,, and, when i select any
Help Topic,, everything goes fine ,, BUT when i try to get to (Related Topics) of that
topic at the end of that same page ,,It Wont Open Up !!! What i get instaed
when i click on the "related topics" many (Warning and Caution - Notes) !!!! keeps
on poping every time i click on The Related Topics and/or on some subtitles in that page!!

That has not been the case 3 days ago,, So what have i done wrong?
and what shall i do to fix that ??
