Two ways to do it...
use your camcorder to make a recording of a monitor and
connect the camcorder to the TV. This is like the old 50's
kinescope recording.

A better solution is to buy a graphics card with TV out
(you'll need to match the card out put to the TV input
type.).

An even better solution, assuming you're trying to present a
PowerPoint show to a group is a computer multimedia
projector.
