Hello,

I just created a user account with computer adminstrative
rights named "Joe". I already had another account with
adminstrative rights too named "administrator". I don't
know if "adminstrator" is the default one. But when I
logged out of "adminstrator", I can no longer go back to
it. When I want to switch users, it only displays the
account "Joe". I saved alot of information
in "adminstrator" that I would like to retrieve. How can
I acces this account again?

Thanks!

The Administrator Account is hidden by default when you create another
account with Administrator rights. this is to stop you using the built-in
administrator account on a day-to-day basis, as it is there purely for
recovery of corrupt user accounts and system admin that a user cannot do.
In Home edition, boot into safe mode.
In Pro, at the welcome screen, press Ctl-Alt-Del twice.
