Open internet explorer, click view, toolbars, customize.
Here you can either remove the offending item, or reset
to the default toolbar.

Download SpyBot Search and Destroy from
www.security.kolla.de
You have a hostile bit of spyware and SpyBot will remove it
and can also protect you from further such adware/spyware
with a warning.

AdAware from www.lavasoftusa.com will do the job too.

Both are free.
