Display Properties

On my desktop, I right click, go to properties, "Display
Properties" box comes up, but there are no tabs. There
used to be tabs, what happened and how do I fix it please?

If the problem is recent then run System Restore. Go to Start->Help and
Support->Pick a task->click System Restore link and use the wizard to
Restore you computer to a prior date when it was working correctly.
