Hello,
I am having difficulty installing the WinXP Service Pack
1 (Express)* from the Windows Update Web page. The
downloading part is fine, however once I am requested to
begin the install(agree to user agreement etc.) I get an
error message saying:

The Product Key used to install Windows is invalid....

I have a product key (which came with the windows upgrade
I purchased). How can I solve the problem? Is there a way
of checking that the product key I entered was correctly
typed when I upgraded Windows.

Thank you,
Sincerely
Jim

Where or from whom did you purchase the WinXP upgrade, Jim?
