How do u create a boot disk for WinXP PRO, either on CD
or FDD?

Nathan,

Your Windows XP CD ROM is bootable and contains al the repair tools you
need.
If you wish to make a bootable floppy disk then when you format it there is
an option to make a MS DOS Start-up disk

You could have found this answer yourself if you had used the Help and
Support (on the Start menu) and searched for Boot disk
