When I try to load palm desktop on my computer I
get "error message 1714 the older version of palm desktop
can not be removed contact technical support group" I
have ran uninstall and checked through the program files
and deleted any thing to do with palm and ran a file
search and deleted those files as well but I still get
the same error message. how can I completly remove the
old version of palm? help.
