How can I eefectively resove the RasMan Initialization
Failure Error 711. It has to somehow do with registry
editing, but I do not know how to.

Hi Kostas,

This edit resolves the 711 and 5 error message:

Dial-Up Modem or PPPoE is Unavailable (Line 87)

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
