You may - if you took the recommendation to save system files. Go to
Add/remove programs, and if there is an option to Uninstall windows,
then take it and you will be offered the alternative of removing the
files instead.

If you installed as an upgrade, and took the option to 'save system
files' then if you go to Add/remove programs, there will be a 'Uninstall
Windows' item. Take it and it will give the option of deleting the
stored files.
Three other steps:
In Control Panel - System Restore. Highlight the drive and take
Settings. Reduce the amount of space allowed - 200 MB is minimum; 400
adequate.
In Control Panel - Internet Options, click on Settings of Temporary
Internet files and again reduce the space allowed - 40 or 50 MB should
be plenty
If you do not use Hibernation; go to Control Panel - Power Options and
on the Hibernate page uncheck that - it will remove a file the size of
RAM
