My new processor is taking 2 1/2 minutes to boot up.
These are the programs which load on start up. Which ones
can I discontinue and are these enough to cause such a
slow down? Thanks!

I notice that there is no antivirus program in your startup list? Also,
MSBlast is present here. This is a typical listing seen on system infected
with the Blaster worm. Run1132 looks a little suspicious too.

The only thing running in my startup (MSCONFIG) isrundll32.
Your PC appears to need a good house cleaning.
I would first go to:
http://security.symantec.com/ssc/home.asp?j=1&langid=ie&venid=sym&plfid=23&pkj=LZZEPWFYJOKMFIDPMSV
run a virus scan and then a security scan.
Then download spybot search and destroy from here:
http://security.kolla.de/
Then most of these apps that are in the startup can be
disabled from the apps properties or if not needed can
be uninstalled via add and remove programs.
