software needs

i am a current user of windows xp. i have a small
business and need to generate proposals for construction
projects. would like to know what software would be best

Although I have not used this software for the past 2 years, Quickbooks Pro
is capable of generating proposals, estimates and job costing. I had a
small accounting business that I recently had to close down due to medical
problems. I did use this software extensively in my business at one time.It
is a little on the expensive side, but you only need one program to do all
of the above--also does much more. It is made by Intuit. Just run a search
for Quickbooks Pro and you should have no problem finding more info.

Hope this helps! I liked this software because I did not have to purchase
different programs to perform each function and then try to integrate them.
