running XP dec 29 did a critical update, norton scan for
virus. next day went to turn on computer and
the "continuous loop" thing was going on. bios, windows
logo 2 secs on screen, blue screen flashed to quick to
read, bios again. now today after trying to start her
again the monitor decided to go phtttt. have black n
white lines n checks on screen. i know i am going to
have to get puter man to re do this whole thing. puter
was used 1st time dec 25. any response wld be great
