Errors in event view after installing updates

Good day all after installing some updates from windows
updated I started getting the following errors

Event Type: Error
Event Source: EventSystem
Event Category: (50)
Event ID: 4609
Date: 12/31/2003

The above error I started getting this error after I
installed Directx 9b update.

The other errors are from updates and also after a clean
install. I looked around on Google and on Microsoft web
site with some basic info found.
