Hi there,
* click start, choose Run, type "desk.cpl" (with out
quotation marks) and click OK.
* In the corresponding window choose Desktop tab and click
Customize button.
* In the window titled Desktop Items, uncheck My Network
Places and My Documents.
* Click Ok.
* Click Ok again.
You will now not see My Network Places and My Documents
icons in your desktop..
