View Full Version : XP missing msinfo32.exe

When I use the help & support window, tools, advanced
info, & click on msinfo32.exe it loops me back to the
main help & support window. When I go to run /
msinfo32.exe it brings the main help & support window up
again. My system is XP home w/sp1 & I have done a
sfc /scannow without any results. Does anyone know how to
correct this? I have looked in KB and only found 1
article relating to an xp office install...which I don't
have.
Thanks in Advance.

>The first batch file gets it to at least open, however
it still doesn't open from the correct help window.I
dropped a copy on the desktop. When I use the run shell
it now states it can't find it. Thanks for your help.
