APP_BK_078 Connection timed out (Error #10060) ?

Hi,

My PC keeps generating a pop up error message that
doesn't disppear and that eventually these messages
effect the systems performance (speed)

The title of the error message is
APP_BK_078
In the inside of the box it says
Connection timed out (Error #10060)

I am using HP home edition French Language;

I thinkthe problem comes from the AdSL connection but
cannoyt be sure;
anY HELP MOST APPRECIATED

nope, but hits on google associated that message to the sobig virus... find
anything else that may cause it yet???
