Can anyone please suggest a personal Firewall that works
well with Windows XP.

i have currently uninstalled Zone Alarm Pro due to
problems with the compatiblily with XP / Broadband.

Consider purchasing a good Internet Security program,
such as Symantec's Norton Internet Security 2004.

ZA works great, dial up, cable or DSL...
Most firewalls work, some just do it easier. ZA is very
easy.

I go for the hardware side. My Linksys router seems to work great.

Both are a good idea, the router is the belt and ZA (because
it is two-way and reports/logs) is the suspenders.

I'd suggest you wait more than nine minutes before whining about How
ZA and XP don't work together on your computer.

You got good suggestions on your other post nine minutes ago. Look at
them.
