Task Bar Locking Up

OK, After running my PC for about 30 minutes my taskbar
and systray both lock up. If the computer goes into sleep
mode, the PC locks up.

I can't open any programs, can't even click on the start
menu.

Any ideas other than a complete re-install??

Make sure you are not overheating. Check all the fans and try to keep
surrounding temps cool.
