Haven't seen this covered. On boot, Start Menu delay resets to zero
from wherever I had it at shutdown. I use the TweakUI slider to reset
it, but at next boot it has always reset to Menu Speed = Fast
(highest). I also use Xteq X-setup, but even setting Appearance/Start
Menu/Common/Menu Reaction Speed to 65534 and rebooting doesn't change
the effect. Annoying. Ideas?
