Hi,
I recently got on line and so was able to update all my
MS software. Windows XP had service packs, as did Office
2000.
The problem now is the keyboard Short cuts "Windows Key"
+ "E" doesn't now bring up Explorer and "Windows Key"
+ "M" doesn't now minimise all windows.
I then decided to format my HD since there were so many
updates and various other things; a new start seemed a
good idea. I re-installed XP and office 2000. All WERE
fine.
"Windows Key" + "E" and
"Windows Key" + "M" launched explorer and Minimised all
windows respectively.
HOWEVER I proceeded to again install all the updates,
unfortunately now (again) these keyboard shortcuts have
ceased to function.
My question is: How can I reactivate these unbelievably
handy keyboard short cuts. I'm lost without them. Apart
from re-formatting and not installing the SP's I haven't
a clue.
