After istalling software, or in one case, during software
installation, I get the following error
message "lkernel.exe The instruction at 'Ox771c732a'
referenced memory at 'Ox00169620'. The memory could not
be 'read'. Click on OK to terminate the programme.".
Could anyone tell me what this means, how I've caused it
to occur and how I rectify the situation?
My pc runs XP Home with Pentium 4 proccessor.
Many thanks in advance for any help received. lgbb

Hello,

The 'ikernel.exe' is part of the "InstallShield installation engine"
Therefore you can contact www.installshield.com or the makers of the program
you just installed.
