My ms XP on my HP pavilion is screwed up. How can I
reinstall it without having access to a cd or the
reinstall options that you have when you start up.(im
supposed to press F10, but that will no longer work and
windows will not start up) Any help is appreciated.

Contact HP--they chose not to give you a cd recovery option.
If the F10 recovery doesn't work, you can either fight it out with HP or
purchase a separate copy of XP.
I would fight.
