I recently bought a new XP system and a few days ago I
could no longer create new emails, or 'reply to' emails I
had been sent. (using MS Outlook) - When I mouse over the
Outlook 'New' button, I get a text hint that tells me I
can no longer create new documents because my
subscription has expired - ?? - never seen anything like
this before.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this? - Thanks,

John D.

Sounds like you might be running Outlook 2000 or 2002. You will need to
contact Microsoft for a permanent product key. (Subscriptions where tried
in select areas and is no longer done.)

Due to the Swen virus, all e-mails sent to this account will be deleted
w/out reading.
