A few persistent TempInternetFiles

I deleted all files from the Temporary Internet Files directory with the
exception of 8 .gif files and one .js file. I cannot Delete, Shft+Delete or
move to the Recycle bin (although copies show up in the Recycle Bin). I
re-booted and still could not delete.

The origin of these files is from sportsline.com

Any solutions or explanations why I can't delete?

Those may well be 'cookies', which are shown with Temp Internet Files,
though they do not form part of them. You can delete them in
C:\Documents and Settings\You\Cookies
