Error upon startup

I recently had to do a total restore on my computer, my
operating system is an upgraded version of windows XP ...
every time I reboot, I get this message, "ICFINST.EXE has
encountered a problem and needs to close" then it asks if
I want to report it to Microsoft or not, is which I have
and I do every time I reboot ... Can someone help me,
please !!

It has to do with the minimum life of your password. Just turn that
off in XP and it should go away. Use your help and support, and go
here:

Click on "P" and scroll on down to Passwords.
