Looking For Effective Message Rules in OE

Would someone be kind enough to share what they have listed in Message Rules
in OE to ward off the Swen Worm?

I've tried:
Where the From line contains 'Microsoft' and Where the Subject line contains
'Microsoft' or 'security' or 'patch' or 'undeliverable' or 'pack' or
'critical' or 'update' Delete it from server

-and-
Where the message body contains 'this is the latest version of security
update, the "September 2003, Cumulative Patch"' or 'Microsoft Client' or
'microsoft'
Delete it from server
-and-


Where the To line does not contain 'Crystal Dreamer' or
' Move it to the Deleted Items folder
and Mark it as read

None of these seem to work except the latter, which I hate to use in fear of
missing important emails. (Plus it still clogs up my bandwidth.

There really isn't very much you can do with simple rules
because of the variations that the virus uses.
There are smart mail programs that can look at all of the
characteristics and they are still not perfect.
It is getting better, I'm only getting a dozen a day now. I
just keep using the delete button. I sort my mailbox by
size and that groups them, I use click/shift click to select
the bunch and delete them.
