I can understand why do u feel like this!!! You bought a
brand new system & it freezes... so you are frustrated.
The actuall thing is even some experts dont know most of
the time whether the problem is due to hardware/software
(its almost trial and error). The best way to find out it
is, re-run SETUP. (i.e.. format C drive). That will in my
case I have assembled and installed OS say roughly around
50+ systems a year from (386 to latest P4's), setup
detects more than 90% of hardware faults.
So thats your best bet.
